* According to the new statutes of HUA (Article 4(2)), regular members are divided into "Active" and "Inactive". "Active" term means members who are consistent with their financial obligations (subscriptions). Regular members automatically become "Inactive" in the event of delays in annual contributions of more than three (3) consecutive years

- Thursday, October 7th, 2021 10:00-19:00
- Friday, October 8th, 2021 08:00-19:00
- Saturday, October 9th, 2021 08:00-19:00
Cancellation policy:
- Name changes are only accepted in written up to September 30th 2021 , without any fees.
- Cancellation of registrations can be accepted in written up to September 24th 2021 with a penalty of 50% of the already paid amount.
- After the above date, the amounts already paid are not refunded.
- All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the congress.
